Community Partners LLC opened for business in 2003 with ten communities and was headquartered in a detached garage in Bon Air. The company had three associates by the end of 2003. In 2004, the office moved to Archway 60 office park on Midlothian Turnpike and remained there for 10 years.

In 2006, the company incorporated as Community Partners of Virginia, Inc. and also obtained the prestigious Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI). Wendy Lash was hired to manage the accounting department, and was appointed company Vice President.

In 2011, Community Partners opened its Peninsula Office in Yorktown. The company also partnered with Community Associations Bank (CAB) in 2011 to provide accounts receivable “lockbox” and automatic debit services and the ability for homeowners to pay assessments by credit card. CAB has provided excellent service to our homeowners in the processing of payments.

Community Partners of Virginia, Inc. relocated its main headquarters office to the Winchester office building at 10800 Midlothian Turnpike, Suite 305 in December 2013.

We are also pleased to announce the opening of an office in Williamsburg in 2016 to serve communities in Williamsburg, James City County, and the surrounding area.
