William B. Swift, PCAM®, President, is a graduate of the University of Maryland, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Prior to forming Community Partners of Virginia, Inc., Mr. Swift held management positions in two major property management companies in the Richmond area. These positions provided extensive experience in all facets of real estate. Mr. Swift has over 25 years experience in community management.
